4 3 2 1 Jump Crêpes

· 4 glasses of milk (800ml: 1 glass=200ml)

· 3 eggs

· 2 glasses of flour (240g: 1 glass=120g)

· 1 pinch of salt

Start with a glass of milk, add everything else, and mix.

Add a glass of milk and mix (repeat 3x).

Use as little batter as possible for each crêpe.

Sophie says to turn the burner up high but I have doubts.
