Ingredients chopped: 500ml / 500g tomatoes 1/2 red pepper 1/2 yellow peppers 20g white onions (was 30g scallions) 2-3 c.s. cilantro, no stems added: 2 c.s. olive oil 2 c.s. lime juice 2 c.c. dried oregano (was 25ml chopped fresh oregano) 1 clove garlic, pressed (was 2 cloves minced) 1-2 c.c. cayenne pepper powder (originally 2 teaspoons Jalapeno pepper) 1 c.c. salt 1/2 c.c. pepper If you wanted to make salsa in the middle of the winter and the tomatoes are awful, you can use chopped canned tomatoes.
